Any other instructions : 📄 NannyMe Ltd – Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure the smooth, safe, and effective operation of our childcare services. By enrolling your child at NannyMe Ltd , you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.
1. Fees & Payment All fees must be paid in advance , either weekly or monthly, via bank transfer or standing order.
Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. Payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
Non-payment of fees may result in suspension of your child’s place until payment is received.
Discounts are available for siblings and Peabody residents (subject to proof of eligibility).
2. Booking & Cancellations All bookings must be made in advance, using our online booking system or through staff directly.
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or reschedule.
Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in full charges being applied.
3. Late Collection Fees Our clubs end promptly at the stated closing time:
Afterschool Club: 7:00 PM (8:00 PM on request)
Holiday Club: 6:00 PM
A late collection fee of £5 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) will be charged for children not collected on time.
This fee must be paid within 48 hours .
4. Illness & Absences If a child is unwell, they should not attend the setting to protect other children and staff.
In the case of vomiting or diarrhoea , children must remain at home for at least 48 hours after the last episode.
If your child is absent due to illness or holiday, fees are non-refundable , unless 48 hours’ notice is given.
5. Health & Safety NannyMe follows strict health and safety procedures, including daily risk assessments of all indoor and outdoor areas.
Staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid , and first aid kits are available on site at all times.
All food is prepared with consideration for allergies and dietary needs. Please inform us of any known allergies .
6. Safeguarding The safety and welfare of children is our top priority.
All staff are Enhanced DBS checked , and trained in safeguarding procedures .
Any safeguarding concerns will be handled according to our Safeguarding Policy and may be referred to the relevant authorities if necessary.
7. Communication NannyMe maintains open communication with all parents via:
Newsletters
Parent handovers
Email/Phone updates
It is the responsibility of parents to keep emergency contact details up to date .
8. Emergency Closures In the event of severe weather , power failure, public health concerns, or other unforeseen emergencies, the setting may be closed temporarily.
Parents will be notified as early as possible.
Fees will not be refunded for closures outside of our control.
9. Changes to Terms NannyMe Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice provided to parents.
