2024 Sensory Centre Registration Now Open

We are now taking registrations for 2024 services! 

Please fill out and submit our online registration form. If you are new here, you can create a free account and continue to submit the form. Existing members can log in and continue with prefilled details. Once your registration form is submitted, you can log in to your free Cheqdin account to track your enrollment status.

When submitting this form, you will be expected to provide your child’s details and any information marked as mandatory by an *. If you do not complete the required sections in full, it may delay your application.
