Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Registration: All new families are required to pay a one-off, non-refundable registration fee of £5 per child. This fee covers administration costs associated with setting up your child's account and securing their place within our services.

Payment: Full payment is required before the session date to secure a place on the club. Payments can be made via:

Childcare Tax-Free Vouchers:  Please use ‘Moor Fun Wrap Around Club’ account. (Payment must be received 5 days prior to the booked date or the placement may be cancelled).

2. Attendance and Punctuality

Arrival and Departure: Parents/guardians must ensure their children arrive and are collected on time. The club is not responsible for children outside of the stated session times.

Absences: Please notify the club in advance if your child will be absent. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.

3. Health and Safety

Medical Information: It is essential to provide accurate medical information about your child at the time of booking. Any changes to this information must be communicated promptly.

Injuries and Illness: If a child becomes ill or injured during a session, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. In case of an emergency, appropriate medical assistance will be sought.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

Code of Conduct: Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Disciplinary Actions: The club reserves the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Personal Belongings

Responsibility: The club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Children are encouraged to leave valuable items at home.

Mobile phones are discouraged or must be kept in bags at all times and NOT used onsite.

6. Minimum Attendance Requirement

The Holiday Club session is subject to a minimum attendance requirement of 8 children. If the minimum number of bookings is not achieved, the session may not operate on the scheduled date.

7. Notice of Non-Operation

Where the Holiday Club Session is unable to operate due to insufficient bookings, parents/carers will be notified no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled session date.

8. Refunds and Reimbursement

If the Holiday Club Session does not operate due to insufficient attendance or any other reason determined by Moor Fun, any fees paid specifically for the cancelled session will be reimbursed in full, within a reasonable time frame.

9. Cancellation of Sessions

Moor Fun reserves the right to cancel a Holiday Club Session at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to staffing shortages, health and safety concerns, severe weather conditions, venue issues, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of such cancellation, Moor Fun's liability shall be limited solely to the reimbursement of fees paid for the affected session. No responsibility or liability shall be accepted for any indirect losses, consequential losses, additional childcare costs, travel expenses, loss of earnings, or any other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Acceptance: By completing the booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
