We are now taking bookings for 2021 - 2021. We have big dreams! Our staff are warm and friendly. Children have a great time running clubs while developing leadership & life skills. Clubs include: Dodgeball, Tennis, Football, Volleyball, Obstacle Courses, Crafts, Cooking, Library, Spa & Movies!

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • I will book my child into the club on an annual basis, beginning with each academic year, and will pay promptly for all booked sessions whether my child attends or not (eg due to illness or holidays), unless I have made other arrangements with the manager.
  • A full month’s fees are required prior to attendance.
  • Fees are payable by BACS one calendar month in advance and are due on the 1st of each month, (the due date).  Full fees are payable throughout the period of the child’s registration, including when the child is not able to attend due to sickness or holidays, and bank holidays. One month’s written notice must be given if the child is to be withdrawn from the club.  Failure to pay the club fees within 7 days of the due date will result in the child’s place being withdrawn and a formal demand for payment being issued, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Manager.
  • Payments must be made a month in advance.  An administration fee of £15 will be made for any fees that are overdue.  This will increase to £25 if payment is not made a week after the due date.  An administration fee of £30 will be charged in the event of payment cheques being returned by the bank.  An administration fee of £5 will charged for all cash payments.
  • In the event that weekly payments are agreed, payments must still be made a month in advance. Full payment must be made by Sunday for the following week, and a text message sent to the Manager on that day. Failure to do so will result in an administration fee of £15 being issued for any fees that are overdue. This will increase to £25 if payment is not made a week after the due date.
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving one calendar month’s notice.  Failure by the parent / guardian to provide one month’s notice or any notice at all shall render the parent / guardian reduction in sessions at the Manager’s discretion.
  • Once a year fees will be payable on an Inset day, in order for staff to carry out a yearly audit.
  • Fees will be reviewed twice a year.
  • Registration Fee: A non – refundable Registration fee of £25 is payable at the beginning of each academic year or when submitting the Registration Form to secure your child’s place at the club.
  • A retainer fee is payable at the end of July, to be credited to your account for the new term in September, in order to secure your child’s place for the new academic year.  £40 will be charged; this is a non – refundable fee in the event that your child does not attend in September.  This will only be charged for summer holidays, and is a credit for the new term.
  • It is my responsibility to keep the club manager informed of any alterations to the information regarding my child (eg contact details, medical conditions, etc).
