Yes, you can sign up for a free account with our 'Rise' plan. The plan will give you unlimited free access to all our features, for a maximum of 5 children. You don't need to provide your credit or debit card details. You can sign up on our website to create an account and start using all our features right away. If you'd like to increase the number of registered children at any point, pick a plan suitable for your needs. You can upgrade directly from your web portal to transition seamlessly to one of our paid plans.

You can sign up for a free account with Cheqdin and access all the features free of charge, for up to 5 registered children. The free account comes with email support only and an online help centre to make sure you have a seamless onboarding experience. You can use the account for as long as you wish for up to a maximum of 5 children. You cannot, however, archive records once you reach the limit or receive personalised training for the free account. But you'll receive all of these at no additional cost with our paid plans.

Childcare centres can log-in to Cheqdin's secure cloud from any Mac or Windows computer. You can sign in to Cheqdin.com from any modern web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox). You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Click 'upgrade' on your Cheqdin account dashboard to change your subscription and switch to a new plan.

No. Your subscription includes the Cheqdin apps. There are no separate licenses or software agreements to keep track of. Your settings' staff and parents can directly download the apps from the app stores and sign in to their accounts. There is no limit on the number of staff or parents you can add to your setting. However, there is a limit that applies to the number of children depending on your plan. You will receive all app upgrades and software updates for free.

With Cheqdin, there are no 18 months or longer-term multi-year contracts. You can choose from our monthly or annual plans. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Cancel anytime means once you cancel, your subscription will not auto-renew and you will not be charged again. For more information, please see our cancellation policy.

All of Cheqdin's data is stored securely in the cloud and hosted on AWS Secure servers in London, United Kingdom. Hence your information is stored locally and complies with the UK/EU GDPR and International data protection laws. You own your data. For a parent, the access is provided by the childcare centre. Apart from the childcare centre's authorised staff, only you can see and have access to your data. No one else can access this information without express consent being provided by the centre admin, parents or guardians. All account passwords are encrypted for additional security. All subscriptions can be purchased online from your account via our secure payment gateway. We accept all Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express debit/credit cards. We can only accept online payments and are not able to accept bank transfers or orders over the phone for our subscription plans.

We provide custom quotes to Enterprise customers only with more than three centres or more than 1,000 children. All our plans come with a full suite of premium features to manage all the core administrative features of a childcare centre. But, you are free to restrict your use to the features your centre requires.
