We are an out of school care , that provide before school and and afterschool care. We are open throughout the school holidays. Our service is play based where we provide activities to meet the needs of the children attending the setting.
We provide a small snack to the children, this can be toast, cereal and fruit.
We are a not for profit organization and rely on fundraising to purchase new equipment. We are run by a voluntary committee.
Parents able to cancel when they felt like it, parents not booking children in with us and we had no history of the bookings. Children coming to us that were not booked in either.
It has helped reduce the amount of admin we had, as it’s all online and all booked but parents, invoices are added and sent automatically to parents.
Parents can book more than one child at a time. They feel this is a huge benefit and time saver for them.
Reduced paper, as all registrations are online. Parents have their own individual log in and they do all the bookings and can keep track of them which is great.
Communication centre is amazing as it’s sends out an email to all, and we don’t have to enter individual emails.
